This gallery shows the repeater at the Peachtree City, GA site. It host the 442.500 repeater (backup remote base) and the 444.600 "Hot" backup repeater. The repeater antenna is a Diamond UHF monobander. (Up at approximately 290') The remote base antenna is up at approximately 250' for VHF (db224) and 100' for UHF (pager panel antenna). The tower is a Rohn self supporting SVV tower (300'). It is located next to Lake Peachtree which is next to the city library (http://www.peachtree-city.org).

This is the current setup over at the Peachtree City,GA site.  This cabinet contains the "Hot" backup for 444.600 (the main remote base for WX4PTC).  If the main site (444.600) ever goes down, we can get on the 442.500 repeater, key a command and it will turn off 442.500 and bring ON the BACKUP 444.600.

Robert > This is the relay that will switch the repeater antenna between 442.500 and 444.600.  You will be able to turn off one repeater from the other.  The relay then switches between the 2.
Robert > Back side of the 442.500 and the 444.600 backup repeater.  Keep in mind the 444.600 backup is a "Hot" backup at another site (PTC).  The main 444.600 will be at the Ellis Rd site.
Robert > Backside of the dup.s, 442.500 power supply (Astron 50amp), fan relay box, and the fans on the power supply. Click on the pic and go into the 3x size.  You can see the mounted fans on the sides.
